Your early morning commute just got a fashion facelift. Moschino’s pre-fall 2020 show featured oversized caps, big red backpacks, and custom chains filled makeshift subway cars as an ode to New York street style. Designer Jeremy Scott channeled true urban style, “There’s nowhere else in the world where you get that kind of energy and magic!”.
The NY post noted that Kasey Musgraves was sitting front row and being a huge fan of both Moschino and Kasey, this is the show that I would have killed to attend! Other celebrities in attendance include Storm Reid and Madaline Petsch. Moschino has always had designs that you know as soon as you see them. This comes after their recent collab with H&M which featured affordable bags, clothing and accessories.
The fashion house took to the theme completing the show with street dancers and preluding with “super-sizedMetrocards” as invitations. (Now that’s one that I would have as a keepsake forever!)
Another notable fashion accessory? Baby hairs! The strategic curls are framing the faces of many of the models. My only concern at this point is if the “runway” was as dirty as a true NYC subway.
