If I am being completely honest, I had no idea this was an art installation at first. I totally just thought it would be a functioning Prada store in the middle of nowhere. I had been wanting to shoot here for forever! SAD STORY : I asked my dad to take a short detour on our drive back to California just so I could come here to shoot and when we got closer I was looking for my camera and realized that I left it Texas! I am still lowkey devastated if I am being completely honest…
Anyway, I was able to do what I had to and took pictures using my horrible iPhone. It literally overheated the phone every time and I had to delete so many things just so I could take a few bursts. It was horrible! Okay.. rant over.
I’ve been getting more into art pieces because of my job. It is honestly interesting, and while I still struggle to fully comprehend it all, it’s a good challenge for me! This installation is by Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset.
Hat : Lack of Colors // Jacket : BB Dakota // Shorts : Levi’s
These don’t even look like iPhone photos, they’re beautiful and just love this look AND I’ve been wanting to visit Marfa!
