My Favorite Fall Trends

Happy Monday Loves!

As a little break from all of the outfit posts, I’m sharing some of my favorite trends this fall. Of course there are cardigans and cute fall hats that come up every year. A flannel or two is of course a must, but some of the current trends for this season have caught my eye. I’m also thinking of making a similar post for some of these items for splurge or steal, so let me know in the comments if that’s something you would like to see!

 

Ankle Boots

I just bought these exact shoes but in a similar color and I am totally in love! It took me a while to buy a pair honestly because I was not too sure how they would look on me, but the extra height of the material looked awesome! They are so chic and can really dress up an outfit. I bought these from Steve Madden (of course) and I received so many compliments on them! View the post HERE.

Vests/Dusters

Dusters are something that are definitely a statement piece. While dusters are not a piece for someone like me because I am too short, they are definitely a great piece for fall. Long vests are also something that I am kind of into right now, I’m just not sure they are something I can pull off. BUT a great nude or light pink is just my style.

Ripped Denim

I am obsessed with a perfectly ripped pair of jeans right now! A good slightly slouchy pair with an over sized sweater and I fall in love. These are from Showpo, and while I am used to buying almost everything online, the perfect pair of jeans need to be tried on to see if it fits exactly how you want them to.

Bell Sleeves and Ruffles

I was going to find a sweater with either just ruffles or just bell sleeves, then I found this one & I had to show it! I’m not too crazy about the color, however I do love the piece itself. Pairing this with a cute jean skirt or just jeans and booties, you’ll definitely be set.

Sweater Dresses

I just featured my off the shoulder sweater dress in one of my latest posts (linked in ankle boots) and I cannot be more in love! Honestly it kept me warm and I was comfy enough to walk around without worrying about it coming up or looking too frumpy. Honestly dresses are such a great go-to because they are easy to throw on and look great and a sweater dress is no exception! A darker color is of course perfect far Fall and would even look great for Winter.
