Rainy Day in LA

All I could think when taking these pictures was props to bloggers and influencers who live somewhere that is always rainy or cold, like maybe Seattle? I was wanting that golden hour glow and instead, I got gloom!

So I went for a casual, simple neutral look. While it was just a bit chilly, opting for a coat option just seemed best since it goes well with the weather. I thought of some rainy weather staples as well as a few things that I like to do for those few days a year when it like to really come down here in LA!

I also just feel like rainy days are those days when you finally finish that book you’ve been wanting to read, you eat that tin of ice cream and you watch that Disney movie with your puppy! Here are a few more ideas:

• Go to the movies and get a jumbo popcorn
• Walk around the mall
• Stay home and clean out your closet
• Make it a girls night in
• Read your favorite magazine
• Do something creative
• Call someone you haven’t talked to in a while
