Femme Luxe Review

One of my favorite part about being a blogger is working with brands! I never just take any brand collabs. I always look into the products, see if it is something I would actually wear and if my followers would like to see it or purchase it! I got the chance to review some clothing from Femme Luxe and so I wanted to share what I thought about the pieces as well as how they feel and price ranges!

Let’s start with this Shirt Dress! Keep in mind I am a 5’0 103 pound girl who likes to wear oversized tees. So naturally, I ordered a medium. While it looks really good and worked well, I really should have gone with a small because it was already oversized. That was just a mess up on my part. Femme Luxe knows exactly how their customers want their pieces! Rather than the size, I loved the shirt dress and how comfy and easy it was to just throw on and leave the house. I paired it with these purple shoes to bring out the blue in the shirt. Also how cool is the graphic?

My second look was this ribbed loungewear set. I have seriously been wanting one of these sets because they are on trend and so comfy! This is so something you can wear at home and out for the day and look so cool without even trying. Of course, I had to be basic and pair it with my oversized sneakers. But let me tell you again Femme Luxe knows what their customers like because this set is not tight, but fits well in all the right places! Also, the high neckline is perfect for cool summer nights. Whether I am in LA or Texas, the weather is never that cold, so I was really excited when I realized how thin this material was! Such a cool set you’ll definitely be seeing on my stories.

This all-black look was so HOT HOT HOT! I requested the Corset top and the Vinyl Trousers separately but when they came in I just had to pair them together!

So first the corset! Truly hugs you and holds you in. However, I would say to get your regular size because even though it is a bit snug that’s what a corset is for! There is some stretch in the back so you won’t totally suffocate and you will look super hot! The top had a bit of a pattern that resembled a snake type print but was very subtle and I loved it because had it not had that pattern I probably would not have worn it with the vinyl pants. There needed to be some kind of separation of the types of blacks I was wearing! I would definitely wear this with some jeans and heels for a chill night out.

On to the vinyl pants! I have seriously been wanting these for so long! I thought they would be perfect for nights out with heels or hanging out with friends and pairing them with my oversized “dad” sneakers. One thing I just have to mention though? They will make your legs super sweaty! I think this is a good/bad thing because 1. eww when you finally take them off (wipe them down well and air dry) but 2. if you are like me and weight conscious you are definitely losing water weight! But I have another pair of faux leather pants that make me sweat as well (again eww) so I think it’s just something you have to be aware of when it comes to the materials. Another good thing about these trousers is that they are shaped to give you shape! They are tighter around your calves which is perfect because you don’t want these in straight leg, and then cinches in at the waist to give you an hourglass look!

So for a quick overview on the Femme Luxe site, all of the pieces are so inexpensive so if you are looking for a trendy site I would look here! The pieces are so chic and super inexpensive. They have pretty good quality and are made for girls of different sizes! I would say there are slight differences in the pictures and the product like I did not see the patter of the corset in the close-up and the shirt dress looked more like a sweater to me in the picture. However, you get what you see and for being so inexpensive, it’s definitely a great place to shop!

  2. Absolutely loved the shirt dress! it’s not something that I wear now, but I used to wear this style so often! I have one in my closet, very similar, with Star Wars, hehe! The black outfit looks like from the Grease movie! :)) Thanks for sharing, never heard of this brand before!
