Western Wear

Being from Texas, I love any excuse I get to wear my boots! Boots are like one of those pieces that can tell your age. I started off with little pink boots because obviously, I love pink. I went through a phase where I just loved color in general so I had purple boots next. Being so small my foot did not grow much so these are the next boots I bought. The first real boots I have! I then later bought another pair that describe me super well now and they have long fringe so they look so fun when I dance! It’s just like that old saying, you can take the girl out of Texas (and move her to California) but you can’t take the Texas out of the girl!

Western was a bit of a hit recently. It popped up in a few places and I really loved what Show Me Your Mumu did with their western line! I also found a look pretty similar to this on one of my newer favorite places to shop, Verge Girl. Even though they are Australian based, they still hit the nail on the head with their look! I just had to copy it!

While the trend is slowly dying down, as most trends do, the boots are here to stay! Black boots paired with looks are lingering and are like the leftover part of the western trend in my opinion. BUT if you live somewhere like Texas boots are always in style! I linked a few of my favorites below in a range of prices for you to check out! Some are just for style, and some are for going out to a country concert in a dirt-filled lot. (Those are the best concerts in my opinion!!)

Would you wear more of a western look?

What would you say would be your hometown staple piece?
